I have ordered several clothes from the 2 companies over $3000 this year alone. I had a return for $305.97 and I went on line and asked for return then printed their smart shipping (Not smart at all) and had a pair of pants i also included in the same box also included the return forms and shipped it on Sept 15th 2017 today it is Dec 20th and the return has not been received.

I wrote to saks customer service and called them repeatedly finally the Customer. Service staff told me that of the 2 returns 1 has been returned to my Visa and the other a gift card has been shipped. Great I waited nothing came, called again same thing, also got replies to my emails saying it has been refunded. Again nothing arrived.

Really pissed i sent a email to Marc i believe is president of Saks he forwarded the email to Andrea Robins Director of Customer Service HBC who promptly replied she will look in to it and will sort out the problem...nothing happened, I was told by her that in the mean time she is sending me a gift card...guess what nothing happened...WHY DO ALL THE PEOPLE WORKING WITH SAKS AND HBC...LIE SO CONSTANTLY, any way got disgusted and wrote to Marc again and again for a email from Andrea about the gift card is being fedexed for next day delivery....again guess what.....Nothing. then i got an email from Karen Pielech from Executive services..that she will immediately look into it..and asking for my order numbers....funny after 3 months back to the start, it is such a small amount why does every one lie and try to deceive.

Give the return to the customer and keep checking all you want your internal inquiry.....still no gift card no refund and no further emails. Can some one please help where els can i report this or who to write to as it seams that Saks and HBC are not interested in this small customer.
