I ordered a shirt and paid the $7.99 shipping for FedEx. However the shirt traveled from PA to WV back up to IN then to TX.
It is 3 hours away but because they use FedEx Smart post it will be arriving in 4 days! I emailed to complain about the matter and Ashley Atkins basically emailed a sorry too bad email. She told me shipping should be in 3-8 business days. The delivery would be after 8 business days.
I then called and spoke with a customer representative named Latoya and her manager which was not helpful at all.
Her story kept changing and finally she said the 3-8 business days is just an estimate. In the future, I will shop at Nordstroms where customer service is a priority.
